Marbls Leadership
Managing Partner
Arnab Sikder
Arnab is a Managing Partner at Marbls and has worked over 20 years in Life Sciences in both the US and European markets with a primary focus in pricing, contracting and market access. Prior to founding Marbls, he began his career at CSC in the Global Health Solutions group as Principal focusing on US Managed Markets, Government Pricing, and technology implementations of industry products such as Model N and Revitas. Arnab joined HighPoint Solutions where he started the US Pricing and Contracting practice, growing the group to become one of the leading providers in the industry.
Arnab then moved to Switzerland where he created HighPoint’s international offices from the ground up, building a team of 50 resources providing services in pricing, tendering, commercial excellence and regulatory services in most European markets and many other countries globally. Arnab was part of the HighPoint executive management team that oversaw its acquisition by IQVIA and its integration in the company. Arnab’s focus continues in US managed markets, government pricing and international competencies including global pricing and tendering. Arnab earned a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science from Columbia University.

Ralph Lynn
Ralph is a Managing Partner at Marbls and industry expert in the pricing and contracting domain, serving a wide variety of life science clients across pharma, biotech and MD&D. Ralph brings 20 years of experience delivering contracting and government pricing solutions to life sciences manufacturers across the US and internationally. Prior to founding Marbls, Ralph began his career developing custom business applications for Fortune 500 companies and managed development groups that included a custom developed government pricing app for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Ralph spent the next 10 years at HighPoint Solutions growing a practice of more than 150 consultants that ultimately merged with IQVIA. He continued with the company for another two years overseeing the combined practice with responsibilities for business development, solution development, partnerships and project delivery for a large portfolio of clients within the pricing and contracting space. Ralph’s focus continues in US managed markets and government pricing across pharma and medical device and diagnostics clients. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Computing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
